The production line adopts a two-stage crushing + closed-circuit screening process (the mainstream solution for sand and gravel projects in North Africa), with a stable capacity of 200 tons/hour. The finished products are used for building aggregates and road aggregates.
The PE750×1060 jaw crusher has sufficient processing margin, which can adapt to the fluctuation of raw material size and soil content in Tunisia’s local quarries, ensuring long-term stable output of 200 tons per hour without production shutdown. Adopt impact crusher shaping technology, the finished products have high cubic rate and flakiness ratio less than 15%.
By adjusting the gap of impact crusher and replacing screen meshes of vibrating screen, the product particle size and gradation can be quickly adjusted to produce multiple specifications of aggregates, meeting the dual demands of road construction aggregates and cement plant limestone raw materials.
