This production line adopts a typical configuration of PE jaw crusher + HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher + 5X impact crusher. It first coarsely crushes large river pebbles to the qualified particle size, then uses the HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The key is the use of a closed-circuit process, allowing unqualified material on the screen to be returned to the cone crusher for further crushing. Afterwards, the qualified material enters the 5X sand making machine for shaping and sand making, ultimately producing four types of sand and gravel with excellent quality and a wide variety of sizes.
This solution employs a core combination of a jaw crusher and a cone crusher. Utilizing the principle of layered crushing, materials are compressed against each other rather than impacted, significantly reducing wear on wear-resistant parts such as the crusher walls and jaw walls. This makes it more suitable for long-cycle continuous production of highly abrasive materials such as river pebbles.
