To meet the urgent market demand for high-quality sand and gravel aggregates, a modern sand and gravel production line has recently been successfully put into operation. The project uses local high-quality granite as raw material, focusing on producing high-quality manufactured sand and crushed stone of various specifications.
The production line is scientifically designed. Large granite raw materials are first coarsely crushed by a jaw crusher, then medium-crushed by an HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, ensuring high crushing efficiency and stable operation. The medium-crushed material is then finely crushed by an HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, whose layered crushing principle ensures excellent aggregate particle shape. The finely crushed stone then enters a VSI6X vertical shaft impact crusher, which is the core guarantee of the finished sand quality. This equipment produces high-quality manufactured sand with rounded particle shape and reasonable gradation. The crushed material undergoes strict screening through a multi-layer vibrating screen, ultimately accurately separating finished products with various gradations such as 0-5mm manufactured sand, 5-10mm, and 10-20mm.
The entire production line operates stably, with a designed output of 200 tons per hour. With its precise gradation control and excellent particle shape, the sand and gravel products it produces have become high-quality raw materials for infrastructure projects in the surrounding areas.
