Slag Crushing Process:
1. Raw material → Vibrating feeder → Jaw crusher → Cone crusher → Vibrating screen → Conveyor → Finished product;
This slag processing process utilizes both a jaw crusher and a cone crusher, eliminating equipment wear due to high hardness and addressing the issue of excessively high operating costs.
2. Raw material → vibrating feeder → jaw crusher → cone crusher → sand making machine → vibrating screen → conveyor → finished product;
This slag processing process is suitable for customers who require sand as their final product, i.e., manufactured sand with a particle size of 0.25-0.5mm. Adding a sand making machine after the cone crusher improves the final product’s shape and quality, resulting in a more angular, rough, porous surface, strong compressive strength, and excellent pit-breaking performance.
The production and processing of different steel slags require different equipment types and model configurations.
