The first stage: primary crushing\r\n\r\nThe raw material passes through the silo, is evenly fed by the vibrating feeder, and is transported to the jaw crusher for primary crushing.\r\n\r\nThe second stage: intermediate crushing\r\n\r\nAfter crushing, it is screened by the circular vibrating screen, and then transported to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for intermediate fine crushing.\r\n\r\nThe third stage: fine crushing and shaping\r\n\r\nThe medium-sized material is sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing and shaping; the qualified material is washed by the sand washing machine and then conveyed to the storage pile by the belt conveyor.\r\n\r\nThe whole production line has the characteristics of reliable performance, reasonable design, convenient operation, good product particle size and high work efficiency.
