This production line employs a classic “two-stage, closed-circuit” crushing process:
Feeding and Pre-screening: Large pieces of limestone (≤1000mm) enter the hopper and are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder. A bar feeder pre-separates and discharges fine materials and soil from the raw material, reducing wear on subsequent equipment.
Primary Crushing: The jaw crusher performs primary crushing of the limestone, reducing the material to approximately 150mm or smaller.
Medium and Fine Crushing: The coarsely crushed material is conveyed by a belt conveyor to an impact crusher for secondary crushing. The impact crusher utilizes impact energy, producing cubic particles with low needle-like and flaky content, ideal for limestone processing.
Screening and Grading: The crushed material is screened by a circular vibrating screen, producing finished aggregates of various sizes, including 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-40mm.
Closed-Circuit Circulation: Unqualified material (oversize) is returned to the impact crusher via a return belt for further crushing, forming a closed-circuit circulation to ensure the finished product meets particle size standards.
This production line is designed to have a capacity of 200-300 tons per hour, meeting the sand and gravel needs of medium and large-sized mines and infrastructure construction projects in Uzbekistan.
