The production line uses jaw crusher and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The project achieves a production capacity of 200-250 tons per hour, and through optimized equipment configuration and process parameters, it has achieved efficient and stable continuous production. After two stages of crushing, the final product’s particle size is precisely controlled within the optimal range of 0-28mm, with uniform particle shape and low fine powder content, fully meeting the strict requirements for raw material particle size in subsequent magnetic separation and flotation processes.
The production line’s design and construction fully considered local climate conditions and environmental protection requirements, incorporating multiple energy-saving technologies and dust removal measures.
