The core process of this production line begins with a mobile jaw crusher, which efficiently crushes large pieces of construction waste. The material is then conveyed by a conveyor belt, first passing through a self-unloading iron remover to remove all metallic impurities through strong adsorption. It then enters a mobile vibrating screening station for grading, pre-screening finished aggregates that meet specifications. Larger particles that remain unscreened are conveyed in a closed-loop manner to a mobile impact crusher for precise secondary crushing and shaping, ensuring the final recycled aggregate has excellent particle shape and uniform specifications. The entire process is efficiently completed within the compact mobile crushing station.
