Gabbro has a Mohs hardness of 6-7 and a compressive strength of 180-280 MPa. It is highly abrasive and is the preferred raw material for high-grade highways/high-speed railways. It is suitable for use with jaw crushers and hydraulic cone crushers in closed-circuit processes. The equipment selection has a safety margin, can adapt to fluctuations in raw stone size and mud content, and can operate continuously for 24 hours.
The jaw crusher + hydraulic cone crushing process avoids the problems of rapid wear of impact crusher hammer and frequent shutdowns for parts replacement. Wear-resistant parts have a long replacement cycle and low maintenance cost per ton of stone.
The crushing, screening, and material discharge points are all equipped with pulse bag dust collectors to suppress dust. The entire production line is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, meeting emission standards.
