Recently, with the help of Fighter Corporation, a 150-200 tons per hour granite crushing production line in Tanzania was successfully put into production. The project adopts efficient and environmentally friendly crushing technology, providing strong support for local infrastructure construction.
The main processing material of this production line is granite, with an input particle size of 630mm and output particle sizes of 0-6mm, 6-19mm and 19-25mm respectively. The equipment configuration of the production line includes PE jaw crusher, HST cone crusher and S5X vibrating screen, which fully meets the customer’s requirements for output and particle size distribution.
During the implementation of the project, Fighter Corporation fully considered the local natural environment, material characteristics and other factors in Tanzania, and tailored a reasonable crushing process for the production line. After the project is put into production, it will effectively alleviate the pressure on the demand for high-quality sand and gravel aggregates for infrastructure construction in Tanzania. Since the production line was put into production, it has been running stably, and the output has reached the expected target, which has been highly recognized by customers.
