Gold ore grinding is a critical stage in mineral processing, aimed at liberating gold particles from host rock for efficient extraction.
Crushed ore is fed into the ball mill via the vibrating feeder. The ball mill grinds ore with water to produce a slurry. The spiral classifier returns coarse particles for regrinding; fine slurry enters hydrocyclones. Hydrocyclones ensure 80–90% of particles meet 200 mesh standards. Oversize material is recirculated.
This configuration is ideal for small to medium-scale gold processing plants, offering a balance of cost, efficiency, and adaptability. For ores requiring direct cyanidation, the dewatered concentrate can be fed straight to leaching tanks.
