Recently, a high-standard, large-scale granite crushing and sand making production line located in Indonesia was successfully completed and officially commissioned. With a designed capacity of 1200 tons per hour, this project primarily produces premium manufactured 0–4 mm sand as well as 5–15 mm and 15–25 mm two grades of high-quality aggregates. It is set to provide a stable supply of high-quality sand and aggregate raw materials for local infrastructure development and commercial concrete mixing plants.
Addressing the characteristics of granite, specifically its high hardness and strong abrasiveness, this project employs an advanced crushing and screening process. This production line is equipped with an F5X vibrating feeder, ensuring the stable and efficient conveyance of raw materials. The primary crushing stage utilizes a C6X jaw crusher, leveraging its powerful crushing capacity to process large blocks of granite. The secondary and tertiary crushing stages feature an innovative combination of the HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and the HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher; working in tandem, these units not only significantly boost crushing efficiency but also effectively control the shape of the finished particles, resulting in a more optimal output gradation. Finally, an S5X vibrating screen performs precise classification, guaranteeing that the finished aggregates meet high-quality standards.
Upon commissioning, this production line—leveraging its high production capacity, low energy consumption, and superior finished product quality—will effectively alleviate supply-demand pressures for high-quality manufactured sand and aggregates within the regional market, thereby generating significant economic benefits for clients.
