The 100tph zinc ore crushing production line adopts a standard three-stage closed-circuit system (jaw crusher + cone crusher + cone crusher + screener), which is suitable for medium-hard zinc ore (compression resistance 80–160MPa). The finished product is 8–15mm and fed into the mill. It follows the principle of “more crushing and less grinding”, with low energy consumption, high grinding efficiency and stable metal recovery rate.
The combination of jaw crusher and cone crusher is suitable for zinc ore with medium to high hardness (80–160MPa), and is more wear-resistant and has a service life 30%+ longer than impact crusher. The closed-circuit precision particle control results in a finished product size of 8–15 mm, achieving optimal feed particle size and increasing grinding efficiency by 25%+. Stable output of 100 tph (8–16 hours of operation per day, daily output of 800–1600 tons). It is the mainstream configuration for zinc ore beneficiation plants.
