The project adopts a process flow of two-stage closed-circuit crushing and screening, two-stage closed-circuit grinding and classification, one roughing and three cleaning magnetic separations, and tailings filtration and dewatering.
In terms of equipment selection, Fighter strives for advanced and reasonable options, choosing improved, new energy-saving equipment and simplifying auxiliary facilities to minimize infrastructure investment, achieving “less input, more output” and improving the plant’s economic efficiency while also taking environmental protection principles into account.
The project is based on utilizing Zambia’s abundant hematite resources and transforming them into valuable products for domestic and international markets. Given the persistently high global demand for hematite, particularly in the steel production industry, the project is expected to become a significant player in the global mineral market.
