This production line adopts the classic “two-stage closed-circuit” crushing process. Its advantages lie in its relatively simple process, moderate equipment investment, and effective control of the final particle size limit of the product through closed-circuit screening, which can well meet the needs of small and medium-sized beneficiation plants with an hourly output of 100 tons.
After the above process, the particle size of the antimony ore finally fed into the powder silo can be stably controlled below 16mm or 18mm, which creates favorable conditions for the subsequent efficient operation of the ball mill.
If your raw ore has a high mud content or contains large, qualified-grade ore pieces, we recommend adding a washing/desliming step to the crushing process, or installing a hand-sorting conveyor belt for manual sorting after coarse crushing and before fine crushing. This can effectively prevent blockages and improve the grade of the feed.
