The jaw crusher in this project’s production line is a European-style hydraulic type with a large eccentric design, which allows for a larger effective stroke of the moving jaw. It is also equipped with a double wedge discharge port adjustment system, making it easier and faster to adjust the equipment’s discharge port. The cone crusher is a multi-cylinder hydraulic type, adopting a PLC intelligent design. The crushing status and equipment operation are digitally displayed, with programmed control, fault alarms, and automatic hydraulic adjustment. It is also equipped with a special thin oil lubrication system, which can ensure double protection for the machine’s bearing lubrication and overload protection, realizing automated control and adjustment of the equipment and simplifying the operation procedure.
