The production line uses a jaw crusher + hydraulic cone crusher process instead of an impact crusher to process river pebbles (the impact plates wear out very quickly); the layered crushing process significantly extends the life of wear-resistant parts and reduces the cost of replacing wear-resistant parts on site.
The motor is compatible with the Philippine 60Hz, 440V industrial power grid. The electrical control system is customized for local voltage to prevent motor burnout. A generator interface is provided to cope with unstable power grids in mining areas.

The equipment bearings are sealed to prevent mud and water intrusion during the rainy season. The entire machine is coated with anti-corrosion material to resist salt spray from the sea. The feeder bars pre-screen the soil, preventing wet mud from entering the crushing chamber and reducing machine blockage.
The production line adopts laminated crushing, and the finished product is cubic aggregate with low needle-like and flaky texture, which fully meets the DPWH infrastructure and mixing plant G-1, 3/4″, and 3/8″ aggregate standards. It can be directly supplied to local real estate and highway infrastructure projects and has a wide market.

It is also equipped with pulse dust collectors to reduce dust and facilitate compliance with the environmental impact assessment requirements of the Philippines.
