This production line is specifically designed for waste concrete blocks (including reinforcing bars) and demolition waste, and can crush them on-site into recycled aggregate/recycled sand for use in road subbase, water-stabilized layer, recycled concrete, brick making, etc.
Standard Core Equipment Details:
1. Feeding + Iron Removal: ZSW1100×420 bar vibrating feeder (with permanent magnet/electromagnetic dual-stage iron remover, iron removal rate ≥99%), capacity 150–250t/h, pre-screening and soil removal.
2. Coarse Crushing Station: PE750×1060 mobile jaw crusher, discharge 100–200mm, deep cavity crushing, high impact resistance.
3. Medium and Fine Crushing + Shaping Station: PFW1315 hydraulic impact crusher, can strip old mortar from aggregate surface, discharge 0–40mm, rounded particle shape.
4. Screening Station: 3YK2460 three-layer vibrating screen, classifies into four finished products: 0–5mm (recycled sand), 5–10mm, 10–20mm, and 20–31.5mm; closed-loop circulation for ultra-fine impact crusher.
The finished product from the production line has rounded particles and continuous gradation, and can replace natural aggregates.
