Recently, a river pebble crushing production line with an annual capacity of 1 million tons was officially completed and put into operation. With its optimized equipment configuration and advanced process flow, the production line provides a stable supply of high-quality sand and gravel aggregates to the market.
Addressing the high hardness and wear resistance of river pebbles, the production line adopts a three-stage crushing process: a PE jaw crusher for coarse crushing, an HPT multi-cylinder cone crusher for medium and fine crushing, and a VSI6X sand making machine for efficient sand making and shaping. This configuration ensures the efficient and stable operation of the production line. The project mainly produces high-quality manufactured sand (0-5mm) and aggregates of various specifications (5-31.5mm). The finished products have excellent particle shape and reasonable gradation, fully meeting the standards for high-end construction materials. In terms of environmental protection, the production line adopts a fully enclosed design and a high-efficiency dust removal system, achieving green and clean production. The application of an automated control system significantly improves operating efficiency and reduces energy consumption and labor costs.
The successful commissioning of this project not only effectively alleviates the local pressure on the supply of construction aggregates but also provides a model case for the transformation and upgrading of the sand and gravel industry, promoting the industry’s development towards green and intelligent directions.
