Generally speaking, in the process of preparing concrete, if the sand material has a large amount of mud, it will cause a large water demand, poor plasticity, and increased shrinkage during concrete preparation. At this time, the strength of the concrete will decrease and the structure will be easier cracking. Therefore, we need to control, so that the mud content of the sand is not more than 3% (C30~C50), and the mud content requirements for high-strength concrete will be higher.
The same is true of mud in sand and gravel. In addition to the same impact as that caused by excessive mud content, it will also seriously affect the strength of concrete. For example, mud blocks will weaken the concrete section, and when the ground is poured, the mud blocks will float up, and after drying and shrinking, defects such as pits will be formed on the surface.

For example, in rainy areas, due to the abundant rain and high air humidity, more muddy materials will easily enter the crushing cavity of the crusher. If there is too much accumulation, the discharge port will be blocked.
