VUS aggregate optimization system for sand making production line
VUS aggregate optimization system also known as the sand making house, floor-type sand making machine, etc., is a tower-type fully enclosed equipment producing machine-made sand. It integrates sand making, stone shape optimization, stone powder content control, gradation adjustment, water content control and environmental protection together.
It optimizes the design of the traditional vertical shaft sand making machine, adopts innovative process routes and system layout forms, and improves the defects of poor environmental protection, large area, and non-energy saving of traditional production lines.
In the same process, VUS aggregate optimization system occupies only 1/5 of the planar structure, which can be manufactured and installed quickly. The various process modules in the building are highly integrated, compact in structure, environmentally friendly, and beautiful in appearance.
VUS aggregate optimization system produces 350t/h of pure high-quality machine-made sand. Compared with the vertical shaft crusher, it saves 50% energy consumption.
At present, VUS aggregate optimization system has been successfully promoted and applied to the construction of many large-scale green mine projects, and the future development prospects are broad.
