1. Cobblestone sand making and sand washing production line
The main collocation is: feeder + jaw crusher + cone crusher + sand making machine + vibrating screen + sand washing machine + conveyor belt, etc.
The raw materials represented by cobblestone and granite are mainly characterized by high hardness, high strength, abrasion resistance and weathering resistance. They are high-quality construction materials. For these properties, the combination of jaw crusher + cone crusher can effectively and scientifically process raw ore crushed into uniform-sized stones, and later matched with a sand making machine, using its “stone-on-stone” working principle, it can significantly improve the size of the material and produce uniform and rounded cubic particles to meet the requirements of construction sand.
2. Bluestone sand making and washing production line
The main collocation is: feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher + sand making machine + vibrating screen + sand washing machine + conveyor belt, etc.
The raw ore with medium or low hardness represented by bluestone and white lime can be used in the form of jaw crusher + impact crusher, which can process the material into the required shape more efficiently and quickly. For higher requirements, a sand making machine can be added for shaping.
3. Construction waste sand making and washing production line
The main collocation is: single machine operation or multi-machine combined operation of mobile crushing station
The main characteristics of materials represented by construction waste such as waste bricks, waste concrete, and waste cement blocks are: the composition of the raw materials is relatively complex, the distribution is wide, and the plant area is not fixed. For this material, it is a good choice to choose a mobile crushing station. The whole machine covers feeding, crushing, screening and conveying. It can be directly driven to the factory and can be put into production. The factory can be replaced at any time, and the transfer operation is flexible and convenient. If the output demand is small, single-machine operation is enough; and the output demand is high, and multi-machine combined operation is enough.
