Crushing and screening stage
The raw materials are fed into the raw material bin by the loader. A trough feeder is installed under the bin to feed the raw materials into the jaw crusher and cone crusher. The crushed products are transported to the ball mill in the area for grinding by belt.
Grinding and classification stage
The ball mill and spiral classifier form the first stage of the closed-circuit grinding system. The ball mill discharge uses a jig to recover part of the granular gold. The overflow of the classifier enters the ball mill and forms the second stage of the closed-circuit grinding system with the pump and the classifying cyclone.
Gravity selection stage
The cyclone bottom flow is separated into a part of the centrifugal concentrator to recover part of the granular gold. The coarse and concentrated ore of gravity selection is selected by the shaking table.
Cyanide carbon slurry stage
The overflow of the classifying cyclone flows by gravity to the thickener for concentration. After concentration, the slurry enters the leaching operation. The leached gold is adsorbed by activated carbon to obtain gold-loaded carbon. The gold-loaded carbon is desorbed and electrolyzed to obtain a mixed gold mud, which is then smelted to obtain gold ingots.
The project is designed to process 200t/d of gold ore carbon pulp plant, with the raw material being gold ore. The ore dressing process technology and equipment are mature and reliable, with a short construction period and quick results.
