Since the processing raw materials are large pieces of high-hardness granite, which has high compressive strength and high abrasiveness, the combination of vibrating feeder and soil removal screen is used to remove soil. Single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is used for fine crushing, and finally high-quality machine-made sand is produced by a flat-type high-quality sand-making system.
The project is expected to produce 3.6 million tons of high-quality sand and gravel aggregates a year. After completion, it can supply and produce lightweight wallboards, PC prefabricated components, dry-mixed mortar, and other high value-added products. The resulting slag is used for artificial stone material and road backfill water stabilization material respectively to improve resource utilization rate.
