River pebble sand making equipment
River pebble is a raw material commonly used in mechanism sand. At present, the reasonable configuration of river pebble sand is jaw crusher for primary crushing, and cone crusher for medium crushing(small output can use fine jaw crusher). The sand making use vertical shaft impact crusher, so why not choose impact crusher as a medium crushing and hammer crusher as a configuration plan for sand making? This is due to the structure and working principle of the device. Both impact crusher and hammer crusher are crushed. Due to the high hardness of the river pebbles and the large silicon content, the wear of the hammer and hammer head will be aggravated. The hammer head is basically replaced in a class, and the plate hammer insists that it is only 80 hours. In this way, the replacement of accessories is long, the production efficiency is low, and the overall output will be affected.
Therefore, we adopt a three stage crushing scheme of jaw crusher + cone crusher + 5X sand making machine. The cone crusher is squeezed and crushed. The 5X sand making machine uses the principle of stone hit stone. The abrasion -resistant parts have a long service life, the equipment maintenance time is short, which greatly improves the use cycle of the equipment and guarantees higher output. At the same time, the finished product mechanism sand is good, uniform in granularity, and reasonable grade. It can be widely used in highways, high -speed railways, hydropower dams, airport construction, and concrete mixing stations.
