A modern quartzite gold ore processing plant in Zimbabwe has been officially put into operation recently, with an output of 150 tons per hour. This project uses advanced equipment such as GF feeder, PE600x900 jaw crusher, HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, etc. to process 500mm quartzite gold ore to 0-15mm. The finished product will be mainly used in heap leaching process, further improving the extraction efficiency of gold ore. The commissioning of the production line will significantly improve the efficiency of local gold ore processing.
The equipment configuration used in this project fully takes into account the characteristics of quartzite gold ore, and ensures the quality and output of the output through efficient crushing and screening technology. In particular, the application of HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher provides a strong guarantee for improving the extraction efficiency of gold ore.
