The customer is a construction company in Mali, and has very high requirements for capacity and particle size of the finished product. The engineer configured the KE750-1 mobile coarse crushing station and KH300-2 mobile medium and fine crushing station for customer. When the large stones enter the silo, they enter the PE750×1060 jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and then the belt conveyor sends the primary crushed stone to the HPT300 cone crusher for secondary crushing. The belt conveyor transports the stones to the vibrating screen for sieving. After sieving, the stones with the particle size of 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-25mm are output by the belt conveyor as finished materials, and the stones larger than 25mm directly enter the cone crusher to be crushed again.
