The original crushing production line of the gold mine adopted a two-stage and one closed-circuit crushing process, and the finished product was smaller than 18mm. According to production requirements, in order to expand the scale and reduce the grinding particle size, our engineers designed a three-stage and one closed-circuit process. Our company’s single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HST160 and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HPT300 are selected to form a crushing production line.
The new processing technology enables the discharged material to be less than 12 mm, achieving a large amount of processing capacity and ideal product particle size for qualified products before entering the grinding machine. After a long period of production operation, the production capacity has greatly exceeded the original design expectations.
