The production line mainly uses PEW series jaw crusher and HPT series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The raw material is granite, with an output of 300 tons per hour. The maximum feed is 800mm, and the finished products are divided into five specifications: 0-5mm, 5-9mm, 9-13mm, 13-19mm, 19-25mm and 25-45mm, which are mainly used for local infrastructure construction.
PEW series jaw crusher adopts high-strength materials and manufacturing processes, with higher structural strength, higher equipment reliability, larger crushing ratio, higher output and lower comprehensive cost. HPT series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has the advantages of high reliability, low operating cost, large crushing force, high production efficiency and high output, and is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with hardness and above medium hardness.
The production line is provided with complete solutions and a full set of crushing and screening equipment by Fighter Corporation. At present, the full set of equipment required for the project has been shipped and officially put into production, and the project is progressing smoothly.
