The basalt raw material is evenly fed into the jaw crusher for preliminary crushing through the vibrating feeder, and then fed into the HPT cone crusher for fine crushing through the belt conveyor. The finely crushed material is screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the crushed stones of different particle sizes are collected separately. The unqualified materials are returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing until the required discharge size is reached.
The HPT cone crusher used in this project has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, and large crushing ratio, which can ensure the efficient and stable operation of the basalt crushing production line. The entire production line has a high degree of automation, simple operation, and low maintenance cost, which is suitable for large-scale crushing production needs.
