Graphite electrode refers to the product made of petroleum coke and pitch coke as aggregate, coal tar pitch as binder, through raw material calcination, crushing and grinding, batching, kneading, molding, roasting, impregnation, graphitization and mechanical processing.
The production process of graphite electrode vertical mill is completed by a set of grinding device (grinding roller and grinding disc), and calcined coke and needle coke are ground into powder between the grinding roller and grinding disc.
The whole system of graphite electrode vertical mill includes silo, feeding mechanism, grinding mill and discharging mechanism. After grinding, the ground material enters the off-line pulse dust collector for dust removal under the action of the discharge mechanism, and finally enters the rear warehouse for storage. We provide a complete set of graphite electrode vertical grinding equipment, with an output up to 200 tons per hour.
