The first stage: the blasted granite smaller than 910mm is fed to the raw material warehouse by a dump truck, and is evenly transported into the jaw crusher to be crushed by a feeder with a pre-screening function. After being crushed by jaw crusher, the raw materials are crushed into semi-finished materials of 50-250mm;
The second stage: the semi-finished materials obtained in the first stage are transported to the cone crusher for secondary crushing, and the mixed finished aggregate of 6-38mm is transported to the subsequent screening workshop for screening and classification;
The third stage: After the mixed finished materials in the second stage are screened, the large particles that do not meet the needs of customers are transported to the fine crushing cone crusher for crushing, and finally the finished materials are transported to the raw material warehouse.
According to the needs of the project, the system can also be equipped with a sand making system to produce fine sand with reasonable gradation; the system can be equipped with a dust removal system according to customer needs and environmental protection requirements during dry production.
