The project is located near Yaounde. The client was originally engaged in forestry, but later switched to quarrying, so the technical staff provided more help: customized solution configuration, familiarity with equipment and basic operations, repair and maintenance skills, etc.
Live situation:
The silo has a complete steel frame structure, and there are 20mm steel plates in the silo. The materials enter the GZD1300×4900 feeder from the silo and are fed to the PE900×1200 jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then enter the HST250/S2 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing, then enters the PFW1318 European type impact crusher for shaping, and finally enters the 2YZS2460 circular vibrating screen and 2YZS2160 circular vibrating screen for screening. Materials larger than 25mm return to the PFW1318 European type impact crusher for crushing again, with outputs of 0-5, 5-15, 15- 25mm finished material.
