The project adopts the underground dry and wet crushing method. After the materials are crushed by the jaw crusher, dust and iron are removed, and then enter the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. After being screened by the vibrating screen, the materials that meet the specifications enter the finished product silo, and the materials that do not meet the specifications will be sent to the finished product silo. They enter the vibrating screen and sand making machine respectively, and the sand-making materials are sent to the vibrating screen through shaping, and the screened finished aggregate is sent to the finished product warehouse.

The project equipment uses professional C6X jaw crusher and HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher to crush and screen the raw construction waste into high-quality sand and gravel aggregate, which can be used to pave roads and beautify the city. Based on the principles of “reduction, reuse, resource utilization and harmlessness”, the project has extended the upstream and downstream industrial chains and achieved new development of green, environmentally friendly and circular economy.
