Generally speaking, the process of the crushing production line is roughly: (raw material silo) – feeder – jaw crusher – transfer pile – cone crusher (impact crusher) – vibrating screen – finished material heap. In the actual crushing production line configuration, it is necessary to consider the scale of the production line, the characteristics of the material, the size of the incoming and outgoing materials, the discharging method and special requirements.
1.The scale of the production line: The size of the crushing production line directly determines the selection of equipment, thereby determining the investment of the equipment. For example, the 200t/h production line can be equipped with HJ98 jaw crusher, HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, etc.; while the 300t/h production line can be equipped with PEW860 jaw crusher, HST160 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and other equipment. The 500t/h production line is equipped with HJ125 jaw crusher, HST250 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, HST315 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, etc.
2.Material characteristics: The hardness of the material determines the choice of medium crushing equipment. Hard materials such as granite, basalt, river pebbles and ore are used in cone crusher, and soft materials such as limestone and dolomite can be used in impact crusher for medium crushing.
3.Size of input and output materials: the size of the material determines the choice of jaw crusher, for example, 500mm feed can be configured with PE600X900; 600mm jaw crusher, feed PE750X1060, etc.
4.Discharge: two-layer sieve: two finished materials and one return material; three-layer sieve: three finished materials and one return material.
5.Special requirements: In the configuration of the crushing production line, different configurations will be made according to the actual crushing needs. For example, if there is iron in the raw material, an iron remover can be added; if the site requires sand washing, a sand washing machine can be added; there is no need for national electricity to configure generator, etc.
