This project is a large coal gangue crushing project in Vietnam. The customer purchased 4 PFW1318Ⅲ European type impact crushers from our company for medium and fine crushing of coal gangue. After screening, the rate of finished products reached about 95%. In addition, the equipment operates stably, greatly saving customers’investment costs.
Live situation:
The European type impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. It is very suitable for coarse, medium and fine crushing of various soft and medium-hard ores. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer, and is thrown to the impact device installed above the rotor for crushing again, and then bounces off the impact lining back to the plate hammer action area for re-crushing. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the lower part of the machine.
