The equipment model selected for this project is TGM130 trapezium mill, with a rated power of 157.5KW. The TGM series trapezium mill processes non-metallic ores such as gypsum, calcite, quartz stone, bauxite, etc., and the finished product fineness ranges from 325 mesh to 1250 mesh. The entire process mainly carries out deep processing of various non-metallic ores, including ultra-fine grinding, fine powder classification, fine purification and surface modification, etc.

Live situation:

After the bulk materials are crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, the materials are sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then the materials are evenly and quantitatively continuously sent into the main grinding chamber of the TGM130 overpressure trapezium mill through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for processing.The ground materials are sent into the powder separator by the air flow of the fan for classification. Under the action of the impeller of the powder separator, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, while the materials that meet the fineness requirements pass through with the air flow by pipeline enters the cyclone powder collector, is separated and collected, and is discharged through the discharge device to become the finished powder.
