Process flow:
The basalt raw material enters the jaw crusher through the feeder for coarse crushing, and enters the HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing through the belt conveyor. The 30-70mm material is screened by the vibrating screen as finished ballast stone for high-speed rail use;
Materials of 0-18mm enter the sand making machine for shaping and crushing before being screened. The finished products of 0-5mm are high-quality sand, and the finished products of 5-18mm are used as high-quality highway pavement fabrics.
