Basalt is a kind of building stone. It has the characteristics of high compressive strength, low crushing value, wear resistance, low water absorption, weak electrical conductivity, and strong corrosion resistance. It is the cornerstone of the development of railway transportation and road transportation.\r\n\r\nThe processing of basalt is divided into three stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by impact crusher or cone crusher, and sand making and shaping by sand making machine.
The first stage: coarse crushing\r\n\r\nThe basalt is evenly fed by a vibrating feeder through the silo, and then transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed material is screened by the vibrating screen, and then transported to the impact crusher or cone crusher by the belt conveyor.\r\n\r\nThe second stage: medium and fine crushing\r\n\r\nThe basalt transported to the impact crusher/cone crusher is finely crushed and then screened by a circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles are returned to the impact crusher/cone crusher to be broken again.\r\n\r\nThe third stage: sand making\r\n\r\nThe crushed basalt is sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean basalt is needed, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.\r\n\r\nThe fourth stage: packaging\r\n\r\nPack and store finished materials.
