Live situation:

The alumina pulverization project is the EPC project general contract in charge of FIGHTER. We provide customers with grinding mill and services ranging from a single unit to a complete system, including project design, equipment supply, project construction, installation and commissioning, personnel training, after-sales service, quality travel and so on. The process flow of the whole production line is as follows: the alumina residue containing various substances with a particle size of 20-30mm is crushed by the crusher, then transported by the dump truck to the grinding site and stored in the raw material warehouse. When the volume of the raw material reaches 60 cubic meters, it will be evenly fed into the elevator by the feeder into the buffer bin, and then conveyed to the MTW175 European type grinding mill by the belt conveyor for grinding into 150 mesh alumina powder, which is distributed and collected by the cyclone separator, and sent by the screw conveyor to the material seal pump, through roots blower and pulse dust collector to transport to the finished product warehouse.
