The raw granites are collected into the hopper from the loader or truck, then the granites are fed into the jaw crusher PE500x750 by the vibrating feeder ZSW960*3800 for primary crushing. The outputs will be washed by GT1842 stone washer and sand washer XSD2610. After washing, the material will be separated by 3YZS1848 to 0-5-8-+8mm. The part +8mm material will be transported to the standard type cone crusher CSB75 for crushing, and then the material will be separated by 4YZS1848 vibrating screen to 0-5-8-20-40mm. The part +40mm will be transported to the VSI crusher DR7615 for crushing. After crushing, the outputs will be screened again. The material + 40mm will be reverted to DR7615 crusher for re-crushing. It is the closed circle crushing line, until all the output size below 40mm.
