The material processed in the project is granite, which has high density and hard texture. Based on the physical characteristics od granite and the customer’s output demand, we planned and designed a 800 tph hard rock crushing and sand making production line for the customer.
Raw materials are sent to the jaw crusher through the feeder for primary crushing. The crushed material is screened and sent to the cone crusher for secondary crushing. The materials larger than 31.5mm are transported to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for the next crushing process. After the crushing is completed, crushed stones of 5-31.5mm and 5-20mm are screened out, and sand making us carried out according to the output requirements of customers.
