For limestone raw materials, our engineers equipped the customer with 3 HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers. After being crushed by the cone crusher, the raw materials enter the VU model-controlled screen to meet the customer’s high requirements for the finished sand particle type, gradation, and powder content; the cone crusher and the vibrating screen are configured 1 to 1 to ensure that the input capacity of the production line can reach 800t/h stably.
The customer site is divided into six areas: buffer storage area, crushing workshop, screening workshop, product warehouse, raw material workshop, and clay room. The screening workshop and crushing workshop are equipped with dust removal systems, belt conveyors with dust cover designs, and the product warehouse uses sealed steel storage materials. The entire production system has strong sealing properties, basically realizing dry dust-free production, and can achieve a win-win model of production profitability and environmental protection.
