The project adopts the process anout three-stage crushing and one-stage shaping and sand making. The coarse crushing link is equipped with a C6X jaw crusher with strong throughput capacity and large crushing ratio. The medium and fine crushing links use ST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and HPT hydraulic cone crusher with high crushing efficiency and good product particle shape. The VSI6X series vertical shaft impact crusher with dual functions takes on the important task of shaping and making sand.
After multi-stage crushing and layer-by-layer screening, the raw ore is not only processed into various specifications of gravel, but also transformed into high-value-added fine sand under the additive effect of the shaping sand making machine.
