The first stage: The first stage of the kaolin process flow is the crushing of the kaolin raw material, and the kaolin bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
The second stage: the small pieces of kaolin after grinding and crushing are sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill evenly and quantitatively by the feeder for grinding.
The third stage: the kaolin powder is graded by the grading system after being graded and ground, and the unqualified powder is graded by the grader and returned to the main engine for re-grinding.
The fourth stage: the powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector with the air flow through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port. And then uniformly use the powder tanker or automatic baler for packaging.
