First, the large pieces of iron ore are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing; the coarsely crushed iron ore is screened by the vibrating screen and sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for medium and fine crushing;
The second is the grinding stage, the screened 0-12 mm iron powder is evenly fed into the ball mill for grinding, and screened by the spiral classifier, and the unqualified ones are sent to the ball mill for further grinding;
Then the iron powder that meets the requirements of mineral processing is sent to the magnetic separator for strong magnetic separation and magnetic separation to remove impurities; finally, the iron powder is sent to the dryer for drying to obtain iron concentrate.
