Process flow
The limestone enters the jaw crusher PE1000*1200 for coarse crushing, and then enters the hydraulic impact crusher PFW1315III for secondary crushing. The crushed material is directly sent to the circular vibrating screen to screen the finished product, and the tailings less than 1 cm enter the high-efficiency sand making machine VSI1140 for further processing.
The finished product is 0-5MM machine-made sand. At present, the local natural sand is exhausted, and its price is completely higher than that of natural sand in other places.
