The raw ore is ground to -200 mesh, accounting for 71.5%. Copper is floated first. After a flotation process of one roughing, two sweeping and three finishing, the floated copper concentrate is passed through a mid-field high-intensity magnetic separator to remove magnetic substances such as pyrrhotite, and a final copper concentrate with a yield of 5.25%, a copper grade of 21% and a copper recovery rate of 84.76% can be obtained; the removed magnetic substances have a sulfur grade of 31.86%, and together with the sulfur concentrate floated out later, they are used as the final sulfur concentrate product; after the copper tailings are slurried to a pH value of about 6.5, the pyrite is activated with sodium sulfide, and then the sulfur concentrate is selected through a conventional flotation process of one roughing, one sweeping and one finishing, and a comprehensive sulfur concentrate yield of 34.83%, a sulfur grade of 58.5% and a sulfur recovery rate of 82.26% can be obtained; the sulfur tailings are passed through a magnetic separator to select an iron concentrate with a yield of 8.67%, an iron grade of 70.18% and a sulfur content of 1.63%.\r\n\r\nThe final products of the project are sulfur concentrate and copper concentrate. Comprehensive analysis shows that the project has strong profitability, makes full use of mineral resources, achieves zero pollutant emissions, fully utilizes solid waste, and effectively protects the natural environment.
