The granite raw materials are evenly fed by the F5X1645 feeder and then enter the jaw crusher PEW1100 for coarse crushing, and then enter the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher HST250 for intermediate crushing. The stone crushed from the secondary crusher enters the S5X2760-2 for screening, and the returned material enters the secondary crusher. Finished materials smaller than 150mm enter HPT300 for three-stage crushing, and materials larger than 40mm enter HPT300 for re-crushing. The finished products are 0-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm high-quality aggregates.
The production line adopts three-stage crushing, which achieves a very large optimization of the crushing ratio of all levels of crushing. After the intermediate crushing, the middle stage is screened to directly output a part of the finished materials, reducing the crushing pressure of the three-stage cone crusher, so that the output of the entire production line reaches maximum optimization.
