This crushing production line is used to process limestone. According to customer requirements, the whole production line consists of impact crusher, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, sand making machine and vibrating screen. When the large stone enters the silo, it enters the impact crusher through the vibrating feeder. After the impact crusher discharges the material, the original sand is screened out by the vibrating screen. The material larger than 40mm returns to the impact crusher for crushing again. The material smaller than 40mm enters the vibrating screen for classification. The material smaller than 10mm then enters the sand making machine for sand making. The finished product enters the vibrating screen for screening. After screening, the stones of 10-15mm and 16-31.5mm are output by the belt conveyor as finished materials.
The crushing process of this production line is based on the characteristics of the customer’s raw materials and the application of the finished product. The impact crusher is speically recommended to save the customer’s financial pressure. The vertical shaft impact crusher is used as a sand making ans shaoing machine to produce high-quality and good-grained sand.
